National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), one of the India’s largest power company every year recruits for energetic young CAs (Chartered Accountants) & ICWAs with brilliant academic record as Executive Trainee in Finance and hardworking post graduates in human resource/ industrial relations/ personal management or master in social work or MHROD as Executive Trainee in HR. Eligible candidates are required to appear for All India based Online Selection Test.

Eligibility Required to apply for this post are as below:

NTPC Executive Trainee in Finance (ET-Fin):
– Candidate should be under age of 29 years at the time of applying.
– CA / ICWA qualified candidates are eligible to apply. Students who expect their final result at the time of examination can also apply.

NTPC Executive Trainee in Human Resource (ET-HR):
– Candidate should be under age of 29 years at the time of applying.
– Graduates with at least two year full time Post graduate Degree/ Post graduate diploma/ post graduate program in management with specialization in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR can apply for the post.
– Candidates secured more then 65% marks (average of all semesters/years) in their management degree are eligible to apply.
– Final year students who expect their result at the time of examination can also apply.

NTPC Executive Trainee in Finance/ HR Exam Pattern: After appearing in All India based Online Selection Test, based on Merit and requirement; candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
– Candidates have to qualify both GD and interview with minimum qualifying exam for both the posts.

NTPC Executive Trainee (ET-Fin) / (ET-HR) Online Exam Pattern: Online test will be conducted in two parts, Part-I (Discipline: Finance or Human Resource) and Part-II (Executive Aptitude Test). Both parts will contain multiple choice questions.
